Advanced Calf Management
December 7 @ 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
1 – DAY COURSE
The future of the herd is dependant upon the management-efficiency and standard of care given to the new-born calf. Understanding good practice can improve productivity and longevity of the dairy and beef calf. Being able to identify a sick animal immediately will help minimise the spread of infection throughout the herd, reduce treatment costs and more importantly, prevent mortality.
This 1-day course is aimed at anyone wanting to further their knowledge of calf-health. Particularly aimed at Youngstock Managers, Calf-Rearers and those who want to deliver first-class calf-rearing from pre-natal to weaning.
